The GIA grades diamond clarity in the range FL (Flawless) to I (Included), with FL being the top clarity grade and I being the least. In the diamond clarity chart, VVS (Very, Very Slightly Included) and VS (Very Slightly Included) clarity grades come right next to top quality grades FL and IF (Internally Flawless).
